Our Service is a non-profit edtech organization that provides educational, emotional and career guidance support to students from underprivileged backgrounds in Karnataka. Our Service is accessed through our website, our YouTube channel and our WhatsApp number, +91 9591192157. Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://sitaraakka.org/ and your use of our services, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).

SERVICE means the https://sitaraakka.org/ website, videos on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@SitaraAkka and WhatsApp communications operated by Sitara Akka.

On YouTube, we do not collect any data besides what YouTube Studio provides us. On WhatsApp, basic details of children are taken in order to cater better to them. All this data is only used for internal purposes and is never shared with anyone outside the organization. This data refers to, but is not limited to:
